Mental Resisilience Speaker
For a long time, Kat Konkoli was doing everything right — and still running on empty.
A first-generation college student with learning disabilities, raised in a low-income environment and largely self-reliant from a young age, she understood pressure intimately. She pushed hard, achieved on paper, and quietly struggled with burnout, chronic self-doubt, and the feeling that she was barely holding it together beneath the surface.
After graduating magna cum laude with her associate's degree, Kat pressed forward into her bachelor's — working three jobs simultaneously to support herself while keeping up with the academic demands of school. With no safety net, the pressure of perfectionism, and the constant feeling that she had to work three times as hard just to keep pace, it eventually became too much. Burnout didn't creep in — it took over. She had to step away entirely.
What followed wasn't giving up. It was a rebuild — from the ground up, and from the inside out. Using the very tools and practices she now teaches, Kat worked her way back to stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. When she returned to school, she finished what she started — graduating summa cum laude with her bachelor's degree.
Now, as a mental resilience speaker, she brings those tools directly to the people who need them most — college students and high-performing professionals navigating stress, pressure, and the weight of high expectations. Her R.E.S.T. framework — built around regulation, energy capacity, self-identity stability, and trained recovery — offers a practical, structured path to performing at a higher level while building the kind of stability that holds.
Her mission is straightforward: to give people the roadmap she had to draw herself.
